APPOINTMENTS

FOR CURLY CUT and COLOR APPOINTMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS :
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure adequate service time, with your hair clean, detangled, and dry, in as close to its naturally curly state as possible with minimal styling products.
Please note that all prices are FROM the amount listed, depending on hair length and density. LATE arriving clients (15 minutes from the start of appointment time) may need to have their service adjusted to fit within the timeframe of the original scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS
We require a credit/debit card to reserve an appointment. We kindly ask that clients give a 24 hour cancellation notice.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Zelle. Tax and gratuities are not included in the service price. Gratuity is graciously accepted only in cash.

REFUNDS
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 3 days of the original service. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on salon services, products, or gift cards/vouchers.

GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS
Treat your straight, wavy, curly, coily, or tight curly friend to a new S H A U N T E L L Salon experience with our special salon gift cards. Ask at reception for details.

We are in Suite 26 located inside the Salons by JC at 176 S. Flamingo Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027.

CONSULTATIONS
Complimentary consultations are available for all services. Consultations can be virtual or in-person (color consultations must be in-person; all first time color clients must have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to service). Please have your hair in its natural state and provide your stylist with an inspiration picture.

Have patience with your hair. If you’re new to wearing your hair in its naturally curly state it may take some getting used to. Trust the process. We’re here to help!
